This iconic store has brightened the prime Ponsonby retail precinct over many years and has attracted parents, grandparents and gift purchasers, season after season! The store is the number one seller of children's shoes in several of it premium branded product lines and known especially for its Clark's representation in New Zealand.
The sale demonstrated the power of a tailored business sales approach. We became aware of the strength of the Future Feet brand fairly early on in the campaign and ABC leveraged this in the advertising campaign. Our targeted approach had the desired effect with us achieving a multiple offer situation within ten days after the first advertisements appeared.

Our approach in this case was based around selling a strong brand in a growth district. The excellent population growth figures of Franklin district combined with positive change of population demographics due to urban sprawl, made for a winning combination of brand strength, growth potential and excellent investment.

PROFILE OF WILNA FOURIE
Wilna specialised in strategic marketing planning, marketing research and corporate training. As marketing consultant she has successfully assisted local and export oriented companies to establish and/or grow in their respective industries.
Prior to launching her consulting firm, Wilna lectured in the Marketing and Advertising Department of Manukau Institute of Technology, Massey University and on the Southern Cross University MBA program. She holds BCom (Business Economics), Hons and MBS (Marketing) qualifications. Her passion for education has led her to offering various community classes to small business owners over the years.
Wilna has strong entrepreneurial skills and her experience includes establishing and running her own clothing line with manufacturing base and owner operated retail outlets. After she sold this business, she invested the profits into a catering business employing 18 staff members and achieving excellent growth through innovative new marketing programs. She has recently sold her import company in which she was responsible for business development and marketing of a range of engineering products aimed at blue chip retail chains in New Zealand.
Wilna brings to the table a blend of creative flair, good common sense and a strong appreciation of the emotive and financial investment that vendors and purchasers make when purchasing and selling a business. She is organised, focused and passionate about turning every listing into a positive outcome for all parties involved.
